I know how to use Whatsapp.

I can Post on Facebook and Instagram.

I know how to tweet and retweet.

I know how to pin a post on Pinterest.

I know how to send and receive emails.

I know how to create YouTube videos and have subscribers.

Does that mean you understand?

Do you know why more of your customers use Facebook over Instagram?

Do you know why you are not ranking on the first page of Google?

Do you know why your customers opened one email over another?

Do you know which pages on your website are visited the most and why?

Do you know why people are not clicking on your ad?

Before that…

Do you know why and to whom the ad you’re running is for?

Do not be General and say the youth.

You have to be specific, if you want to see better results.

Digital Marketing is more than just knowing how to use social media channels.

It is about understanding your customer’s needs.

It is about understanding how to make their online customer journey easier.

It is about understanding why your brand exists

And building a community with your audience.

Of course it can get more technical,

So you have to know how to analyze data.

How can you grow anything without understanding data or results?

Digital Marketing sounds simple…

But the impact it has can either make or break your brand.

Digital marketing is here to stay, the method will only change.
